• ISTT President selected as a Member of the Scientific Committee of Iran's UNESCO National Commission

Dr. Mehdi Keshmiri, the president of Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) was selected to become a member of the First National Scientific Committee of the UNESCO National Commission in Iran by the Minister of Science, Research and Technology and the Secretary General of the UNESCO National Commission in Iran.

The Minister of Science, Research and Technology, Dr. Mohammad Farhadi stated that with this appointment it is hoped that the committee can accomplish its many objectives including the development of close ties and cooperation with national and international organizations and especially with those that have UNESCOs cultural, scientific and education background. The identification of Iran’spresent and potential capacity in different fields of expertise and the inclusion of these factors in the planning and implementation of national policies and programs are also hoped to be achieved.
